The LR-03 taper joint comprehensive performance tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T1962 and ISO80369 standards. It is mainly used to test the liquid leakage, air leakage, separation force, unscrewing torque, easy assembly, slip-wire resistance, stress cracking and other performance indexes of the conical joint (locked and non-locked) of syringes, injection needles, infusion sets, infusion needles, catheters, anesthesia filters and other medical instruments (luer).

The instrument complies with GMP level 3 authority certification and meets the requirements of audit and tracking.
Real-time display of test data, automatic judgment for test results, unqualified will automatically beep alarm, and the printer prints out the test data and results for analysis.
The nominal capacity of the syringe is selected in the system, and the axial force, torque, holding time, internal water pressure, separation force and leakage rate of positive and negative pressure applied by the assembly are displayed during the test. The test results can be printed out by the on-board printer.
ISO80369 test items: pressure attenuation leakage, positive pressure liquid leakage, sub-atmospheric air leakage rate (equipped with negative pressure leakage rate tester), stress cracking, anti-axial separation, anti-spinning separation, anti-overload, etc.
