Test principle

The host is connected with a vacuum attenuation chamber, and the sample is pumped into the test chamber. There is a pressure difference inside and outside the sample, and the gas enters the vacuum attenuation chamber and the host through the leakage hole. The host uses the pressure sensor and the differential pressure sensor to monitor the vacuum degree change in the test chamber, and determines whether the sample is qualified and the minimum leakage amount of the sample through the vacuum degree change.

Test procedure

Non-destructive testing method is adopted, which does not damage the test samples, and automatically determines the test results to reduce the influence of human factors. It can detect samples with large leaky holes and non-destructive sealed samples.

Put the sample into the test chamber, and vacuum the test chamber according to the set vacuum degree. If the set vacuum degree is reached within a "certain time", the sample is judged to have no large leakage; otherwise, it is judged to be unqualified.

Set the pressure holding time and critical value. If the vacuum degree drops to the set critical value within the set pressure holding time, it is judged that the sample has no medium size leakage hole; otherwise, it is judged that it is unqualified.

The test time is set. If the vacuum attenuation rate is less than the standard value of the vacuum attenuation rate of the sample during the test time, it is judged that the sample has no corresponding leakage hole above the micron level; otherwise, it is judged that it is unqualified.
