Testing Principles
The pressure generated by the hydraulic pump driven by the motor in the glass bottle internal pressure tester is transmitted to the pressure sensor and the tested glass sample bottle in an equivalent manner through the pipeline. The pressure is linearly increased until the pre-set value is reached. During the pressurization or pressure maintaining process, if the tested sample bottle ruptures, it is considered unqualified. If the system automatically releases pressure after the test is completed and the tested sample bottle is still intact, it is considered qualified.
