ZPY-20A Ampoule bottle round beat tester

The ampoule round runout tester is suitable for detecting the round runout of ampoule and the vertical axis deviation of penicillin bottle. Designed and manufactured according to standards such as YBB00192003 from the National Food and Drug Administration, with a fully automated computer program testing mode. The circular runout tester will automatically rotate to read the maximum, minimum, and deviation values, and plot the roundness curve to help customers analyze sample quality.

Principle of ZPY-20A Circular Runout Tester

The circular runout tester is a device that fixes the bottom of the bottle on a rotating disc of a horizontal plate, making the bottle mouth in contact with the dial gauge. It rotates 360 ° to read the maximum and minimum values, and the difference between the two is 1/2 of the vertical axis deviation value.
