ZGKY-S2 paper tube compressive strength tester is a testing instrument for testing the compressive strength of paper tubes. principle

ZGKY-S2 paper tube compression testing machine is a testing instrument for testing the compressive strength of paper tubes. It is mainly used for testing the compressive strength and deformation of all kinds of industrial paper tubes with diameter less than 300mm, chemical fiber paper tubes, small packaging boxes and other types of small containers or honeycomb cardboard.


Technical specification

(1) Product characteristics

The strength test is mainly used to measure the maximum compressive resistance and deformation of the tested sample, which is a destructive test

There are two main setting parameters of the fixed value test: load force value and deformation value. The user can set one or two parameters as required. When any parameter reaches the set value during the test, the measurement ends. This function can be used to check the performance of the product, which is helpful for product modification design

The stacking test is mainly used to test whether the sample can withstand a certain constant pressure in a certain time.

Configurable parameters: compressive strength and test time (hours). At the beginning of the test, the system will detect the current pressure at any time to ensure that the pressure is always maintained at the set pressure. When the test time reaches the set value, the measurement will end. The whole system has high parallelism, good stability and fast return speed.
